The Victorian Government is eliminating the Glenroy Road level crossing and constructing a new Glenroy Station. The Glenroy Road level crossing is being dismantled by dropping the rail line beneath the road. The project will also include a brand-new Glenroy Station and station precinct, as well as better local connections, dedicated shared use and pedestrian walkways, and new landscaping, in addition to eliminating the level crossing.
